How to Order (Wholesale)

This is the details for buying our puzzle box by wholesale.

*If you are a personal side business and not a professional store or seller, you cannot do our wholesale transactions.

(1) Products sold on this site are also available for wholesale (but the limited boxes cannot be made again)
Please contact me by email. I can send the available stock list and wholesale price. >>> for example : 3 sun size box from 3000yen / 4 sun size box from 4000yen / 5 sun size box from 5500yen....etc.

(2) Please tell the item name (or items No.) and the number (pcs.) of your order.
The minimum purchase price for wholesale is 30,000 yen per order. We cannot do discount for a large number order (Bulk order).
The Shipping cost is needed other than item price.

(3) We will send the email to you soon about total amount which you should pay .
The mailing cost is included in the total amount.

* About Shipping (mailing) and the cost :
We use DHL Express and Postal service (Japan Post EMS) for sending your package, We use DHL for shipments to "European countrie" becauseThe package of Postal service is not worked well.
the delivery time is about 4 days -- 12 days to All country.
A mailing cost is decided by weight and size of the package.

When your order is bulk order and if your package exceeds 15 kg or 200000yen
(or When sending with one carton box is Impossible) ,
Your order items may be divided into two (or more) packages.

(4) Please pay your total amount as soon as possible (within one week), I can Not hold onto the invoice for more than a week.
We can receive your payment through Only PayPal. and the currency for payment is only "Japanese Yen".

(5) We will ship out your package within 3 business days , after your payment is cleared,
and inform the tracking number of your package by email.

*The package of Postal service requires a lot of time and effort for customs clearance. In rare cases, the package may be returned to the sender. We recommend DHL Express. We am unable to refund shipping charges for returned cases.

**Customs duty (Import tax and other cost) may be required when you receive your package. Please pay by yourself if you are required it.
