    I'm amazed by the quality of this puzzle box. The Ichimatsu (checker board) pattern is so well matched that it's difficult to see or even feel the slides, and placing the same pattern on all 6 sides makes it even more difficult! These is no top, bottom or starting point. It's truly genius. My only regret is that I was unable to get the 27-step cubic in this design before it sold out!

    Thank you very much for your wonderful review! I am so happy that you like it. I would love to make more puzzle boxes with unique designs like this one, but it is difficult because of the time they require. So, this box will probably remain a rare piece. I also hope to make another 27-step type with a different design someday. Thank you as always!
